Online retailer Trueshopping invests in new solar PV panels for their offices

solar panels - Trueshopping Trueshopping is an online retailer that specialises in high quality but affordable home and lifestyle products. Yesterday it announced the installation of 576 solar PV panels on the roof of its offices in the Dawson Court Industrial Estate in Lancashire.

Three 50 kW solar PV systems have been installed on each of the industrial units which make up the premises. They will be monitored by nine solar inverters which were included as part of the installation and the energy generated will be published in a video diary documentary that the company has produced tracking the installation of the panels which were installed during the summer in June and July. The official switching on ceremony took place on November 12th.
